Where We Ship:

• GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar
• Beyond GCC: Africa and India

• UAE Customers: Standard delivery options including next-day delivery.
• GCC Countries: Expect delivery within 2-5 working days.

2. SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE.

International Shipping:

For deliveries outside the UAE, shipping fees are calculated based on the volume of the order and other international charges.

Logistics Partners:

We manage our deliveries internally to ensure high-quality and reliable service.

Tracking:

Currently, we do not provide tracking numbers for orders.

3. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Installation Services:

• We offer free mattress installation as part of our delivery service
• Please schedule your installation in advance to ensure availability

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Building/Apartment Restrictions:

Customers should inform us of any size restrictions or special arrangements required for delivery to buildings or apartments.

5. FAILED DELIVERY & REDELIVERY

Missed Deliveries:

• If a customer is not available to receive their delivery, an additional charge will be incurred for the next delivery attempt.
• A redelivery fee of AED 500 applies for missed deliveries.
