1. COVERAGE & DURATION
Warranty Period:
- Mattresses: Covered by a 10-year warranty.
- Pillows: Covered by a 2-year warranty.
Our warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects only.
Exclusions:The warranty does not cover damages resulting from stains, improper use, general wear and tear, or damage caused by external factors.
2. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
How to File a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via phone [971 4 553 4753] OR admin@sleepsmart.ae. Our customer service team is ready to assist you with any issues you may encounter.
Required Evidence:
When filing a claim, please provide photos of the defect, a copy of your order receipt or invoice, and the product’s serial number to help us verify and expedite your request.
Inspection Process:
We offer on-site checks to assess product conditions directly. There is no need to return the item for inspection, as our team will come to you.
3. WARRANTY REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR
Resolution Options:
Should a defect be confirmed by our inspection team, we will repair or replace the defective product.
Warranty Duration Post-Replacement:
The warranty term continues from the original purchase date, even after a replacement is issued.
